As a proud graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria (class of 2018), my roots run deep on Beautiful Vancouver Island. My journey into massage therapy is fueled by a passion for helping others and a commitment to promoting health through activity and mindful movement.
My personal experience as a competitive figure skater, navigating injuries, unveiled the profound impact of massage therapy on overall well-being. It’s not just a remedy for physical ailments but a pathway to transformation.
In my practice, I aim to cultivate a warm, inviting space where patients can receive therapeutic treatment in a relaxed environment. Each session is tailored to your unique goals and needs. My dedication lies in developing personalized treatment plans that support you in achieving optimal outcomes. While I have a keen interest in addressing various conditions, including sports injuries, neck and back issues, headaches, pre and postnatal massage and many more, I bring a holistic approach to wellness.
I integrate Swedish massage techniques with therapeutic modalities like trigger point therapy, myofascial release, dynamic/active release, and active and passive stretching. My goal is to strike the perfect balance between relaxation and therapeutic benefits.
Excitingly, I now operate my home-based clinic in Colwood. I look forward to meeting new patients, working collaboratively, and tailoring treatment plans that align with your wellness goals.
Outside the treatment room, I cherish spending time with my family, maintaining a healthy lifestyle through daily exercise, cooking, and embracing outdoor activities. I’m here to support you on your wellness journey, and I can’t wait to be a part of your story.
